Do you want to be fitter and healthier
but don’t know where to start?

Community Lifestyles is here to help,

If you are aged 40-74 and would like to lead a healthier lifestyle or would you like to know if improvements can be made, there are free lifestyle checks available that will give you an indication of your current status in addition to free follow up advice and support.

We can help get you started in activity to suit you within the local area in addition to support for up to 6 months to help you get the most out of your lifestyle changes.

There are many people that have already started to feel the benefit of regular activity.  Common improvements include, weight/inch loss, lowered blood pressure, improved mobility and improved sleep.

The free lifestyle checks will take around 20 minutes and will be available at Trimdon Station Community Centre

Every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month 1pm-3pm

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month 10am-12noon

Every Thursday 5.30pm-7.30pm

After you have had a lifestyle check, *free advice and support will be available for up to 6 months.

For more information on the lifestyle checks please contact me on the number below, I look forward to hearing from you;-
